Nestlé’s army of lawyers strikes again, and no issue seems to be too small for the world leading food producer, and big expense lawyer client.

When I back in 2005 was looking for a domain name to my web-server, one of my choices was aftereight.dk and as this was vacant, I made a registration at dk-hostmaster via. the DNS provider GratisDNS.

Now (june 2009) the Nestlé’s lawyer army unexpectedly threaten GratisDNS to discontinue the traffic to my server via. aftereight.dk, since Nestle now claims exclusive right to use the word aftereight.
